Three Rules to Avoid Procrastination
Are you one known for procrastination?
If you are visiting this blog instead of working on that project or assignment minimized on your taskbar, the guys over at PersonalDevelopment.ie have a great article about avoiding procrastination. The basic idea consists of the following three main rules:
(1) The Clarity Rule: you should never add a task you don’t fully understand to your list.
(2) The Fifteen Minute Rule: every task you’re working on needs to get at least 15 minutes of your full attention.
(3) The One More Thing Rule: do one more thing towards completion of your task, and then move on.
